Chacha, Riiya, and Shiine begin attending the same school Dorothy and Seravy once attended. They meet their teacher, Mr. Rascal, a very emotional man who likes to "whip" his students into shape and is protective of his students. Sent by Sorges and disguised as a blackboard eraser in order to keep an eye on Chacha, a spy hits the principal and causes Mr. Rascal begins to act peculiar.
